Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson have reunited for a new movie called Happy Hours and they could not be cuter. The Dawson’s Creek stars have been friends forever, but they also used to date, and fans (me) are rooting for them to give their relationship another shot. Meanwhile, Katie…might…be down?
The actor posted photos of herself and Joshua on Instagram, writing “We are so thrilled to be a part of the Tribeca Film Festival this June with our film Happy Hours. So many beautiful people worked on this project. And working with Josh again was a dream.”
She then liked several comments, INCLUDING one saying “wish this was a hard launch” and another noting that Joshua and Katie “should be a couple.”

A year later, Katie confirmed the relationship to Rolling Stone (via the Daily Mail), saying "I'm just going to say that I met somebody last year, I fell in love, I had my first love, and it was something so incredible and indescribable. I feel so fortunate because he's now one of my best friends. It's weird, it's almost like a Dawson-and-Joey type thing now. He's been in the business so long, and he's really helped me. I respect him as a friend and as a professional."
