In case you somehow missed it on your social feeds, Bella made her return to the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Wednesday, October 15. This marks her first major modeling gig since her Lyme disease hospitalization last month, and the Rare Beauty founder showed love to the VS Angel on social media.
Though it was simple, the gesture was still sweet—Sel left a comment under a Harper’s Bazaar social post featuring one of Bella’s runway walks from the night. “She is 🔥,” Selena wrote under the video, where the Orebella founder’s honey blonde bombshell tresses bounced as she strutted down the catwalk in an all-red look.
Feud rumors between Bella and Selena have circulated over the years, since the “I Said I Love You First” singer was romantically linked to The Weeknd after his long-term relationship with Bella had ended. While nothing ever publicly went down between the A-listers, they had followed, unfollowed, and re-followed each other several times from 2017 to 2020.
A few years later, in February 2023, Selena shared a series of posts on TikTok and Instagram Stories where she gushed over Bella’s beauty.
“I wish I was as pretty as Bella Hadid,” she wrote alongside a clip of her lip-syncing to a sound that said, “Hello, my name is Bella Hadid.” She then posted a photo from Bella’s Vogue cover photo shoot in 2022 with the caption, “#girlcrush.”
