While Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez finalized their divorce earlier this year, the former flames are still trying to release one last thing from their whirlwind relationship: their Beverly Hills estate. In July, the listing was removed from the market after a year with no takers, per TMZ, but now it’s back...with a casual $7.5 million knocked off the price.

According to Mansion Global, the home (which was purchased for nearly $61 million) is now listed for $52 million, which is $7.5 million less than it was listed for in May...and nearly $9 million less than the former couple paid for it...not to mention it’s a $16 million discount off the initial July 2024 asking price of $68 million.

ICYMI, Ben and Jen’s attempt to sell the property has been quite the saga. In May 2023, Ben bought the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom, 38,000 square-foot property for $60.8 million as his primary residence with J.Lo and their kids.

Per the original listing, the home included a sports lounge, bar, fully equipped gym, boxing ring, basketball courts, and pickleball courts. The 5.2-acre estate also featured a 12-car garage, caretaker house, two-bedroom guardhouse, and a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse. AKA: more than enough room for their blended family.

Just about a year later in June 2024, TMZ broke the news that Bennifer was attempting to sell their home off the market in order to maintain their privacy. They then went public with the listing a month later after there were no takers.

In April 2025, sources told TMZ, “Ben is very motivated to sell the mansion and wants to lower the price—but J.Lo is dragging her feet.” The exes hit a wall with the sale as realtors claimed their original $68 million price tag was “way too high” and that they were “at a stalemate.”

According to People, they even cut their original price down to $59.5 million in May 2025 to potentially attract a buyer. Still, they had no luck, and in July, the listing was removed all together.

Here’s hoping they have some luck this time around!
