Amaya “Papaya” Espinal has been caught stealing the hearts of America during her time on Love Island USA. The winner recently hit the premiere of Austin Butler, Zoë Kravitz, and Bad Bunny’s new movie, Caught Stealing, in her home turf of NYC, and fans noticed that her fellow season 7 winner, Bryan Arenales, was nowhere to be seen.
However, we can confirm she looked fab as ever in a white minidress and metallic gold strappy heels:
The move comes amid rumors that the Love Island USA winners have split since winning the $100,000 prize—even though the two appeared to be doing just fine during the season 7 reunion, which was filmed back on August 12.
Of course, host Andy Cohen asked Bryan about the rumors during the reunion, to which he replied, “They’re trying to just throw any hate my way. And with the cheating video, the hosting, I got paid to be there, I used to bartend back in the day, I had a lapse in judgment, we’ve talked about it.”
Amaya added, “We definitely spoke about it. I’m also not a woman who would be with someone who doesn’t respect me. So if I’m still with him, it’s because the relationship dynamic is healthy and great.”
But then, on August 25—yes, the very day the reunion aired—Amaya and Bryan seemingly unfollowed each other on Instagram, fueling speculation that they’ve called it quits.
While Amaya walked the red carpet solo, it’s important to note that she and Bryan are also in a long-distance relationship, as she’s based in NYC and he lives a three-hour drive away in Boston. The pair has yet to address the latest breakup rumors, so there’s a chance they’re still going strong and he just stayed in for the night.
