Kim Kardashian showed up at the 2025 Met Gala in a head-to-toe crocodile leather ’fit from Chrome Hearts (complete with a fedora), but her after-party look? A personal fave. The reality star and SKIMS founder changed into another crocodile leather look, this time pairing a lace-up knee-length skirt with a sheer corset and matching jacket.
Kim spoke about her Met Gala ’fit on the red carpet, telling Emma Chamberlain, “I just love Chrome Hearts and we wanted to have our little take on it. We wanted them to really design it—it’s a vest suit with a dress.”
“It’s actually been a very chill day, a very very chill day,” Kim said of getting ready for the Met Gala. “Every time I come to the Met, I love to bring my oldest daughter with me, just to see me get ready. All her aunties are in the hotel and we’re all getting ready together, so it’s a fun few days.”
Kim added that North is “a big critiquer, but it’s pretty good, her critiquing. ‘Just be yourself.’ She’s also in a really positive vibe right now, where it’s just, ‘Hey, even if it’s not my style, I’m not going to critique that, just be you, and if you like that, then that’s what you should be into.’ So I love that energy, and so she was such a positive force tonight—it was great. She always comes in the car.”
