Just about two-and-a-half years after they first sparked dating rumors, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have taken their romance to the next level. On May 31, the news broke that the couple had tied the knot in an intimate London ceremony…and while it’s unclear whether those rumors about a big wedding in Palermo this September will turn out to be true, I’m just happy these two have made things official!

The Sun reports Dua and her former boyfriend, Romain Gavras, have broken up. Per a source, “Dua and Romain have gone their separate ways after a summer of love. She has blinkers on when it comes to her career and the pair ended the relationship before things turned sour. Romain considered Dua to be a workaholic but she doesn’t plan on slowing down for anything or anyone.

Page Six later speaks to a source who says, “It’s new, but they’re mad about each other. She was at the premiere to support him.”
Oh, and TMZ published this steamy vid of the two kissing/swaying at the party:
It isn’t long before more sources emerge to add their two cents—by which we mean someone speaks to Us Weekly and says Dua and Callum have “only been dating for a little while” and have “an amazing connection"/"the chemistry is there.”
Oh, and Dua is apparently “excited to see where things go,” and while “it’s too soon to see if there’s any long-term potential between Dua and Callum, they’re definitely into each other.”
And by the end of the month, the two are spotted smooching and looking obsessed with each other all over the damn place.

Though Dua and Callum *still* haven’t confirmed those engagement rumors, fans do spot the pair dancing at the Eiffel Tower during Paris Fashion Week, and the video is just 🥹.
An onlooker later tells the Daily Mail, “They looked so happy. They were laughing and hugging and then broke into some romantic dancing. They had their arms around one another’s necks and looked like they were also singing to each other.”

During an interview with The Sunday Times, Callum reveals how he and Dua first met over drinks before a mutual friend’s birthday party in Los Angeles.
“We sat next to each other and realized we were reading the same book, which is crazy,” he told the publication. “It’s called Trust [by Hernán Díaz] and I had just finished the first chapter and I told her and she looked at me and said, ‘I just finished the first chapter too.’ I said, ‘So we’re on the same page.’”
