Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick have been doing press for their new movie Another Simple Favor, and there are (honestly extremely tired) rumors that they're feuding. You know, despite seemingly getting along just fine on set, and being completely chill/normal during press events. But, naturally, a body language expert has entered the chat.
The Daily Mail spoke to expert Judi James, who said that the vibes on this press tour are somewhat awkward—though that could just be because there's so much undue pressure on the cast to "prove" that things are fine.
"Blake seems to be investing more when it comes to doing the heavy lifting of looking happy and amiable," Judi alleges, noting that "It could be the pressure to visually deny rumors of some kind of a rift that is causing their un-relaxed-looking poses."
Judi added that "Blake and Anna do have a height differential to deal with" which could have something to do with with any perceived awkwardness.
As a reminder, a source told E! News back in February that “There is no drama" and that “They are not enemies. They are coworkers; friends and get along well.”
Meanwhile, director Paul Feig shut down feud speculation on Twitter, writing “This is total BS. Sorry. Don’t believe anything you read on social media these days.”
