ICYMI: Lindsay Lohan is having a major renaissance. The iconic actress and beloved singer to ~millennials everywhere~ (“Rumors” is a forever bop!) has returned to our screens over the past few years.
Lindsay has appeared in films like Irish Wish and Falling for Christmas on Netflix, as well as gracing the cover of Cosmo UK (no biggie!).
Now, she's gearing up to appear in the sequel to Freaky Friday, the aptly named Freakier Friday. The movie will see her team up once more with Jamie Lee Curtis as characters Anna and Tess for more body-swapping shenanigans and is due to land in cinemas in August of this year. Yep, we are veeeery excited.
The full trailer has already dropped and teases a four-way body swap between not just Anna and Tess but also Anna's daughter and soon-to-be step-daughter, as well as the reappearance of Chad Michael Murray, who is reprising his role as Jake.
It's gearing up to be iconic, we can't lie.
In the interim, Lindsay is keeping us fed with her sleekest fashion era yet (her front row at Balenciaga last season lives rent-free in our heads). In recent months, she's also been flying the flag for a seriously chic strawberry blonde that marries the vibrancy of her signature red hair with the elegance of blonde.
However, if her latest IG post is anything to go by, a new hair era is loading. Her grid post shows her with blonde, volumized tresses that are giving ~old Hollywood~. The look is courtesy of Dimitris Giannetos, who has described the shade as “almond milk”
However, for fans of her red hair, there's no need to be concerned: there's a possibility she's wearing a wig, with Dimitris tagging the hair piece and wig creator Noah Scott when he posted this iconic look.
Whatever the story though, she looks seriously iconic here, we can't lie.
