Hiiiiiii, so Sabrina Carpenter just played a show in Dublin, which happens to be the hometown of her ex-boyfriend Barry Keoghan. And you know she wasn't about to miss the opportunity to call him out.
According to The Mirror (via Page Six), Sabrina kicked off her show by saying "Dublin, it’s so lovely to be here. You all look and sound amazing. But my goodness, these Irish boys are hard work."
She then jumped into her song "Please Please Please," which is closely associated with Barry thanks to his starring role in the music video. Annnnnd let's not forget that she killed off his character in the follow-up video for "Please Please Please (ft. Dolly Parton)" by showing someone tied up in the back of a truck wearing Barry's exact outfit (a white tank and pants).
Sabrina and Barry broke up back in December amid cheating rumors, but a source told People that it was more an issue with their busy schedules than anything else, saying "They are both young and career-focused, so they've decided to take a break."
Meanwhile, an insider told Us Weekly that Barry was "faithful and loyal," adding that “It’s been challenging for their relationship since she started going on tour and has been gone a lot. Their schedules were not aligning. All the time spent apart it was hard to maintain a relationship amid her career exploding.” They added that Sabrina's "huge level of stardom" has made it "harder to focus and to be present for him in a relationship. A bulk of the issue is she barely has time for herself let alone for a relationship."
