Just when we thought the original Piña Colada couldn't be improved, we tried this strawberries and cream version. Not only do the frozen strawberries add a delicious flavour, the colour is to die for!

Ingredients

30 ml white rum
30 ml coconut rum
100 ml fresh pineapple juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
100 g frozen strawberries
50 ml single cream
ice
fresh strawberries, to garnish

Directions

1. Step 1Put the rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, single cream and frozen strawberries into a blender with a large handful of ice. Blitz until thick and smooth.
2. Step 2Spoon into a Piña Colada glass or a large wine glass. To garnish, slice halfway through a whole strawberry and fan out on the rim of the glass.
