Ingredients

Ice
100 ml whole milk
1 tsp. espresso-style instant coffee
100 ml boiling water
1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup, plus extra to garnish
2 marshmallows
squirty cream
1 digestive biscuit

Directions

1. Step 1Fill a heat-safe tall glass with ice and pour over the milk.
2. Step 2Make up the instant coffee with the boiling water and stir in the chocolate syrup until completely dissolved. Thread the marshmallows onto a cocktail stick and toast under a hot, preheated grill until dark golden, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Step 3Pour the chocolate-coffee mixture into the glass with the milk and top with squirty cream.
4. Step 4Add the toasted marshmallows and crumble over the digestive biscuit. Drizzle with a little extra chocolate syrup if you’d like and serve immediately.
