It's a super exciting time for former Little Mix member and singer, Jesy Nelson, who recently announced that she is expecting twins with her partner, Zion Foster. However, the news of her pregnancy may have come as a surprise to some eagle-eyed Jesy fans, as she previously said in an old interview that she couldn't ever imagine herself having a child.

Embarking down the road of motherhood is a monumental decision in fairness, and there's no right or wrong answer when it comes to the question of 'Should I have a baby?' – it's totally a personal choice. It's also okay to change your mind later on too, much like Jesy has.

Referencing this change, the mum-to-be created a fun TikTok video splicing together the interview in which she says "I am not a kid person, like it's just not in me" with a clip of her growing baby bump as she chills on the sofa.

She captioned the clip, "2 kids later……. 🤣👶👶".

Fans loved the video and many of her 400,000 followers were quick to drop a comment, with one asking Jesy what it was that changed her mind about having children.

In response to being asked "What made you change your mind[?]", the singer replied honestly that it was a combination of "life and love I think". She also shared that when she found out the news she'd be having not one baby but two, she felt just like the shocked emoji.

Everyone's clicking on...

She also replied to a comment saying she seems happier than ever with "I really am".

When announcing her pregnancy a couple of weeks ago, Jesy did so via a cute polaroid snap of her and Zion and the caption: "She’s eating for 3 now 👶👶".

Shout out to Jesy for being open about the mammoth decision of whether or not to have children, and how it's just as okay to a) want a baby b) not want a baby and c) change your mind entirely.
