The future of work is up in the air at the minute, as it has been for the last two years. Do we work from home full time, or do we go back to the old days and commute to the office Monday to Friday?

And while many companies are still toying with the idea of hybrid working - WFH for a few days and popping your head in at HQ for the rest of the week, employers and employees are still trying to find the best balance - both for productivity and for mental health.
