A little known piece of Royal trivia: Luther actor Idris Elba got behind the decks and served as DJ for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding. Yep, you don't get much more star-studded than that.

Previously Idris has been relatively tight-lipped about what his regal music duties involved, only sharing that it was "stressful" (yeah, we can imagine...) and that Meghan shared a playlist of tracks in advance to give him inspiration for the night.

Well it seems like Idris is finally opening the lid on what we imagine was a pretty high pressure gig. Little by little, he has begun sharing details of the tracks he played during the reception to a wedding that featured guests like the Queen, Prince William and Kate Middleton, and even Elton John.

Speaking on BBC Radio 1Xtra he revealed that one song in particular really had the crowd going – and it's not what you'd expect; "'Still D.R.E.' by Dr Dre went off!" Apparently the track was one of the Duchess of Sussex's pre-selected tracks, with Idris adding; "It was Meghan’s choice."

Also on the radio show, Idris spoke to Top Boy star Ashley Walters (aka Dushane) about a possible guest spot on the final season of the show. "If there was a next season of Top Boy and we were casting for Dushane’s long-lost brother, are you taking it?" asked Ashley.

Idris's reply is extremely relatable. "Did I just get offered a part in Top Boy on the radio?!" he responded in disbelief, before adding; "You know what, every actor that watches Top Boy probably thinks the same: 'Boy, I would kill that, you know, I would love to be in that.'”

Now that's a collab we would love to see...
