In case you hadn't noticed, we're still not over the Royal Wedding. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may have got married two whole days ago, but we're still riding that Royal Wedding wave, keen to know every detail about the receptions which took place behind closed doors.

After a luncheon hosted by the Queen for 600 guests following the wedding ceremony, the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex invited 200 of their closest friends to an evening reception at the nearby Frogmore House.

There, they had their first dance, and their choice of song to accompany the special moment might surprise you.

According to the Telegraph, the newlyweds picked the '80s Whitney Houston song, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, to boogie on down to for their first dance. An upbeat song! Yup, not an Ed Sheeran acoustic tune in sight.

While Meghan and Harry didn't opt for a tear-jerking slow song for their first dance, if reports are to be believed, the speeches had the emotional side of things covered. Prince Harry reportedly said his bride had "navigated everything with such grace", moving guests to tears as he said: "We make such a great team."

Prince William's speech was also touching, reportedly referencing his late mother, Princess Diana.

But by the sounds of things, it all went up a gear after that, with Idris Elba taking to the decks to DJ. Now if that isn't the dream wedding reception scenario, then I don't know what is.

And in an astounding display of attention to detail, female evening reception guests were reportedly given slippers to change into so they didn't have to wear their heels if they no longer wanted to. Genius.

Mobile phones were reportedly banned from the exclusive evening reception party, which also included a sit-down meal and fireworks later on, but we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the newlywed couple in their second outfits as they left Windsor Castle in silver blue Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero. The number plate of the car was E19 05 18, reflecting their wedding date.
