Clitoral stimulators are all the rage this year. From the viral TikTok Rose sex toy to the (legendary) Satisfyer Pro 2 Gen 3, we just can’t seem to get enough of this crafty piece of tech.

I mean, their vibrating airwaves hit our clitoris over and over again to mimic authentic oral sex. Does it get any better than that?

Apparently, it can. Berlin-based sexual wellness brand Womanizer has only gone and created an internal suction vibrator, so your G-spot can get in on the contactless massage action too.

Womanizer has been a pioneer of the suction toy game since bringing its Pleasure Air Technology to the market back in 2014. The brand describes it as the “perfect balance” between pleasurable pulses and contactless massage, with regular changes in air pressure intended to help receivers explore new avenues of orgasm.

The Womanizer OG boasts 12 intensity levels and another three vibration speeds, controlled via the fairly intuitive four-button interface. And while it's thought that you'll use these on your G-spot — the internal squidgy spot just below your belly button — they can also be directed at your clitoris for external satisfaction.

  • Where can I buy the Womanizer OG? We suggest heading to Lovehoney or directly to the Womanizer website for all the details and useful how-to guides. However, you can also bag the automated sucker at Amazon, Sinful, and Feel Unique. Yep, in 2025 you can stock up on setting powder and sex toys at the same time.
  • What lube should I be using with the Womanizer OG? Water-based is best to avoid damaging your toy’s silicone exterior. Lovehoney’s Delight Lubricant is super long-lasting, while Gentil's A Quiet Night In comes packaged in a discreet bottle you can leave on display at your bedside.
  • Is the Womanizer OG waterproof? Absolutely, so give your ‘everything shower’ a whole new meaning.

PROS

  • Suitable for both C- and G-spot teasing
  • Programmed to deliver 12 intensities and another 3 pulsing patterns
  • We've got no complaints when it comes to its lasting power
  • That Smart Silence feature (it only starts when placed on your skin) means no more delays when moving from foreplay to partnered action

CONS

  • Perhaps it's a little too intense? Or maybe I just need to work on the art of edging?
  • Fiddly buttons - BIAB and acrylic girlies, beware

The Womanizer OG Pleasure Air G-Spot Stimulator comes in three beautiful colourways: purple, black and red. I went with red (although it's really more of a chic aubergine shade).

It’s made from body-safe silicone with a curved, easy-grip, slender head, and a reasonably sized circular suction mouth. It comes charged, so I wasted no time getting lubed up (LELO’s Personal Moisturiser is my all-time favourite) and taking it for a spin.

The OG also has a Smart Silence feature which meant it only started vibrating once I pressed it against my vulva. While it passes the discreet test, I certainly didn’t when the OG first made direct contact with my clit. It was a shiver-down-your-spine sort of sensation that made me pull it away and look down at it in surprise.

I glided it around my lips and vulva, teasing myself to get my juices flowing (I love a good solo foreplay session). It didn’t take long to find what felt good. As I do with all my new sex toys, I worked from the lowest vibration setting to the highest — a good tip if it’s your first time using a sex toy — it helped me find the right amount of pressure and suction.

The pulling and tugging from the suction mouth combined with the whirling of the air and the vibration sent me over the edge. This felt even better when I used it on my G-spot. I was seriously considering whether I still needed a boyfriend.

All jokes aside, the Womanizer OG has quickly become a bedroom staple. There’s nothing else in my stash quite like it. The seal the suction mouth creates around my clit targets my surrounding nerve endings with an intensity that blows me away with every single use. It also enhances nipple play to a whole new level.

I tried to use its Afterglow feature — where it reverts to its lowest setting for a relaxing end to your orgasm — but the button is a little fiddly, and instead, I experienced a disappearing orgasm (cue the tiny violin).

In a way, the OG does the job a little too well and gets you off so quickly, that you don’t get to enjoy the full experience, so it’s definitely worth trying out ways to prolong the stimulation via edging.

As the OG is completely waterproof, I also tested it out in the shower and the result was a deep, fuller orgasm I felt throughout my entire clit. When I guided it back to my G-spot, I noticed the difference in how long it took me to find my sweet spot again. But the OG’s two-hour battery life meant there was no rush.

I rocked my body to the rhythm of the vibrations and the internal airwaves, the simultaneous stimulation pulling me into one of my most mind-blowing orgasms to date. I was even able to squirt. That confirmed it: the OG has perfected air-pleasure technology.
