Sex education in this country (and many others, of course) is absolute trash. I've lost count of how many times, as a sex writer, I've typed that sentence. No wonder we're turning to fictional TV series and shows like Sex Education and Special, that include relatable, realistic depictions of sex. We're just not getting the info from any official sources.
Erika Lust, an adult indie filmmaker and queen of feminist, ethical porn is pissed off about this too. And in response, she's started The Lust Ed video series, to educate us all on all the sex stuff we really should know. Created "as a response to the lack of coherent resources available to adults who want to further explore their sexuality," the series is free to watch on her blog.
Each episode will focus on a different educational topic and will feature commentary and explicit demonstrations from sex industry professions and qualified/certified sex experts.
The first episode, Fetish Coaching, and explores a submissive and dominant relationship. Hosts Tyomi Morgan, JetSetting Jasmine and King Noire focus on impact play, safe words and emotional and physical reactions to pain.
Kali Sudhra hosts the second episode, An Explicit Guide to Squirting, and takes us through a brief history of female/vaginal ejaculation. Kali also debunks some common squirting myths, explains how to find your G-Spot, and shows us the best positions and sex toys to use if you want to squirt.
And yes, you literally watch her use a dildo to make herself squirt. It's fascinating and incredible.
