As part of making a commitment to the Black Lives Matter movement, there are lots of things we could all be a bit better at. One of which is getting behind Black Pound Day: the campaign designed to support Black-owned businesses and the growth of the Black economy.

The first Black Pound Day was held on 27 June 2020 and has taken place every first Saturday of the month since. But showing your support shouldn't just be reserved for the monthly day. Any opportunity you have to treat yourself is also be an opportunity to support a Black-owned entrepreneur.
