As we head into the (slightly) warmer evenings with the arrival of spring, we're on the hunt for a bedding set that is both breathable and able to cope with the increase in temperature but still super cosy, and we may have found just the set at ASDA.

George at ASDA's £25 Green Tufted Grid Microfibre Duvet Set is the ideal set for sleeping in this spring. The set is made from a microfibre material, aka ultra-fine synthetic polyester fibres, which means the bedding set is lightweight and breathable, perfect as the evenings get hotter if you struggle to sleep in warmer weather. The microfibre is also quick drying so you don't need to wait for days for your sheets to dry after washing them.

Their material also means the duvet cover and pillows don't require ironing and they're strong and durable. They're also less likely to stain because of the fibres being woven so closely together. Ideal if you have been known to spill a cup of coffee (or two) on your bed sheets.

We also love the sage green shade, which has been everywhere in interiors in the last few months, thanks to its versatility with other shades. The tufted grid texture adds another visual element to the bedding, which we love for bringing interest into a bedroom.

It's fastened with buttons and the set comes in sizes single to super king, and each set, apart from teh single, comes with two matching pillowcases.

We'd either match the green duvet cover with a green sheet underneath or keep things classic with a beige or white sheet underneath.

If green isn't your colour but you like the breathable tufted bedding, then you're in luck as the bedding set also comes in blue, beige and white.

So! Many! Choices!
