As we experience yet another cold and miserable day, our mind is seriously focussed on spring. While the start of spring may still technically be a month away (mark your calendars for 20th March), Sainsbury's has got the perfect duvet set to get us in a brighter mood.
Bringing a splash of colour to your room is one of the easiest ways to boost your mood, by starting and ending your day in a cosy colourful bed, making it just a tiny bit easier to get out when it's still dark outside.
And one of our favourite colours to do this with is green, specifically the trending sage green colour of the moment. Sage green has been popping up all over homeware in the last few months, in everything from throws, to tablescapes and of course bedding. It's a muted enough shade not to be overwhelming for those who are all about neutrals in their homes.
Not only does sage green work well with beige and whites, but also pops of pink and rust, as well as darker shades like navy. So basically whatever your aesthetic, sage green is going to work.
Habitat at Sainsbury's has recently released a brand new sage green gingham seersucker duvet set that is just £24 for the double size and comes with two pillowcases. The duvet set is made from polyester and cotton, making it easy to wash and with the seersucker style fabric, it means you don't have to iron it in order for it to look finished.
If for some reason you get bored of the sage (could never be us), the duvet set is also reversible, so you have a clean white duvet cover on the other side.
The bedding set is available to shop online and in store at Habitat, and online at Argos. It's also available in a single and king size.
The duvet set is already incredibly popular with 97 per cent of shoppers recommending it. One person said of the set: "Really nice patterned duvet and pillows, already washed twice and no damage. Nice texture." While another said: "This bedding is excellent quality and looks beautiful in my daughters bedroom. I have had numerous Habitat bedding sets and they are exceptional value and style for money."
Consider us feeling brighter already.
