Warning: The photos you see in this post may make you qualm.

The next time you avoid cleaning your room, because LONG, look at this: An 18-year-old named Julia Pechar from Nebraska got a nasty foot injury recently after she jumped off her bed to grab some popcorn. You see, she didn't see her iPhone charger sitting on the ground and one of the pointy prongs went straight into her foot. Ouch!

Before you ask, yes, it hurt: "Right before I screamed for my mum to come rip it out of me, I crawled to my phone to take a picture," Pechar told Buzzfeed. However, some people think Pechar brought this onto herself by living in such a messy situation and took to social media to share their opinions — and sympathy.

"For all of the people demanding blood, yes, it did bleed … a lot. It still is," Pechar says. Because of this, she was granted an elevator pass for school to help her get around to her classes. And even though you might think this is the hard-learned lesson Pechar needed to embrace a tidier lifestyle, don't hold your breath: She says she has no desire to clean anytime soon.

Case in point: It's February and she still has a Christmas tree set up in her bedroom.
