When is Black Friday?

In 2021, Black Friday officially falls on 26 November. We’re seeing great offers when it comes to all home appliance deals, including discounts on vacuum cleaners, steam irons and slow cookers. We'll also be doing rounding up all the top deals we find on GHI high-scoring products. Bookmark this page for the best coffee machine deals that we find.

What type of coffee machine is right for you?

Before you pick anything, remember to keep an eye on the size of the machine, as some models will need a lot of countertop space.

Bean-to-cup coffee machines will make you the freshest tasting coffee because they have built-in grinders to grind beans moments before they’re used. They can look intimidating and will often take up loads of space, but offer adjustable strength and size settings, and automatic cleaning.

Espresso coffee machines use ground coffee rather than whole beans – using these may require a few more barista skills as you have to measure the right amount of coffee and make sure you aren’t tamping down too lightly or too hard. Get the balance right, and the results can be excellent.

Lastly, pod coffee machines offer the best fuss-free option. You can make single-serve coffees using pods or capsules. Lavazza and Nespresso are the most well-known brands for pod machines, and brands like Delonghi, Magimix and Bosch make machines compatible with the capsules too.

Best coffee machines

We’re picking out the best deals from top brands like Krups, Delonghi, Lavazza and Nespresso to help you find the best coffee machines for a fraction of the usual price on Black Friday. Below are the top-scoring models from the GHI tests, we'll keep you updated if these ones are on offer.
