When it comes to our birthdays we're all about dragging it out for as long as possible (yes we may have been guilty of having a birthday month once), and one of the easiest ways to constantly feel like you're celebrating the day you arrived on this earth is with birthday freebies.
Many of our favourite food and drink brands offer a variety of birthday freebies, when you sign up (for free) to their rewards and loyalty schemes, and they often offer the freebie vouchers for a longer period than just your actual birthday. The freebies range from doughnuts, sweet treats, burgers and beverages.
We've compiled a list of our 21 favourite birthday freebies, which if you space the vouchers out could mean you're getting birthday treats all throughout your birthday month. You can totally thank us later, after you've enjoyed your free birthday burrito.

Krispy Kreme doughnut
What can you get?: One free doughnut of your choice.
How to get it?: Download the Krispy Kreme Rewards app and sign up for the loyalty scheme, or sign up for the loyalty scheme via email and you'll get a voucher for your doughnut.
How long does the offer last?: It's valid for your birthday month.
Gails' sweet treat
What can you get?: One sweet treat of your choice from either the 'Morning Goods' or 'Sweets & Treats' section.
How to get it?: Sign up to the Gail's app and enter your birthday, and you'll have a reward to scan at the till.
How long does the offer last?: It's valid for your birthday month.
Subway cookie
What can you get?: One cookie.
How to get it?: Sign up to the Subway app and enter your birthday, you'll get a code to scan at the till.
How long does the offer last?: It's valid for around your birthday.
Greggs sweet treat
What can you get?: A sweet treat either a doughnut, cream cake or cupcake.
How to get it?: Download the Greggs app and register for the 'Greggs Rewards' loyalty scheme and then you'll get a voucher to show in store.
How long does the offer last?: Valid for one month from the date of your birthday.
Costa sweet treat
What can you get?: A sweet treat of your choice from the Costa range.
How to get it?: Download the Costa Coffee app and enter your birthday and your voucher will be emailed to you.
How long does the offer last?: Valid for seven days from your birthday.
Chopstix small box
What can you get?: A small box, choose from the three bases and toppings for your own box.
How to get it?: Sign up to the Chopstix newsletter and bring your ID to the store when buying.
How long does the offer last?: Valid for seven days from your birthday.
Burger King Whopper
What can you get?: A Whopper or plant-based Whopper
How to get it?: Download the Burger King app and sign up for the loyalty scheme. The birthday voucher will appear in the 'Offers' tab and you can either add it your order or show the code at the till when ordering.
How long does the offer last?: Valid for 14 days from your birthday.
Barburrito burrito
What can you get?: A burrito.
How to get it?: Download the Barburrito app and enter your birthday.
How long does the offer last?: The offer will appear on your app of the 1st of your birthday month and it's valid for 31 days.
Las Iguanas main meal
What can you get?: A main meal (when brought with another main meal).
How to get it?: Sign up for the Las Iguanas newsletter.
How long does the offer last?: The offer will be emailed to you a week before your birthday and you have 14 days to use it.
Beefeater Grill main meal
What can you get?: A main meal (when brought with another main meal).
How to get it?: Sign up for the Beefeater Rewards Club card.
How long does the offer last?: The offer will be emailed to you and you can either print it out or show it on your phone and use around your birthday.
Pizza Express treat
What can you get?: A dessert, pizza or bottle of Prosecco depending on membership tier.
How to get it?: Sign up for Pizza Express Club and earn pizza stamps which will increase you on the tiers and therefore a bigger birthday treat.

Taco Bell dessert
What can you get?: Cinnamon twist or churros.
How to get it?: Sign up to the Taco Bell app and make at least one purchase in the year leading up to your birthday.

How to get it?: Sign up to the Tonkotsu newsletter and enter your birthday, and you'll be emailed a voucher.

What can you get?: One main meal (with the purchase of another main meal).
How to get it?: Sign up to the Zillionaire's Club and you'll be sent the voucher the day before your birthday.

How to get it?: Sign up to MyLindt Rewards and you'll receive an email voucher on your birthday.

How to get it?: Sign up to the Caffe Nero loyalty app, add your birthday and you'll receive a code on your birthday. Add the code to the app to get the voucher.
