8 best pink Proseccos to stock up on now
We guarantee this new fizz will impress your pals

Round up the gang (virtually), smash the avocado and polish your fancy flutes because pink Prosecco has arrived in the UK, and you need to be the first to try it! Bottomless brunch, anyone?
Cava, Champagne and English sparking have all long had rosé versions in the range, but there was no such thing as pink Prosecco - until now. And it’s just in time for the festive season...
What is pink Prosecco?
Memorise the lingo to impress your guests (the cat and your mum, then..)
Millesimato - you’ll notice this on the label, it’s just Italian-speak for vintage, meaning the grapes all come from one harvest.
Brut - you can expect anything with this on the label to taste dry.
Extra Dry - confusingly, extra dry is actually a bit sweeter than brut styles, but will still taste pretty dry. We didn’t make the rules!
What does pink prosecco taste like?
If you’re already a fan of Italy’s favourite fizz, you’re gonna love the pink version. Many have the same apple and pear notes, with a light blossom scent, but with the added benefit of strawberries and peach. Delicious right?
The relatively low ABV means you can legit open this for brunch, on a Tuesday ‘just because’, or to celebrate something more substantial. And it’s great with food too — pizza, sushi or chunks of hard cheese are all winners.
How to host a virtual bottomless brunch
Who said bottomless brunch was cancelled? We know the tier system is hella confusing but even if your gang is spread out across the country don’t let that get in the way of a festive catch-up.
These are our top tips for hosting a (virtual) boozy brunch....
- Be the (Zoom) hostess with the mostess. Get everyone to decorate their backdrop and come up with a prize for the most OTT.
- Tablescape. That’s a fancy way of saying set the table. Dig out some tealights, pop on a tablecloth and add some flowers - Instagram is full of fun inspiration.
- Create a matching menu. As long as you all make the same thing, it doesn’t need to be fancy. Avocado on toast is perfect.
- Host a mini pink Prosecco tasting. You could buy a couple of different bottles from our round-up and compare notes. Can you taste the same as each other? There’s no right or wrong when it comes to wine tasting — the fact is, if you can taste it, that’s what it tastes of!
