Anyone got a Christmas get together planned?
Prosecco cocktails and drinks made with fizz will always be a welcome treat, so it's a good idea to have some easy recipes up your sleeve. Whether you're throwing a showstopper party, having friends round for pre-drinks or just treating yourself, as you should, check out these 20 Prosecco cocktail recipes to up your mixing game.
Tiny Ten
Ingredients
- 15ml grapefruit syrup
- 35ml No. TEN Tanqueray
- 10ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 50ml Sparkling Wine (Cava or Prosecco)
- Grapefruit coin to garnish
Method
In a cocktail mixer, add 15ml of grapefruit syrup, 35ml of No. TEN and 10ml of grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed from a wedge), ice and stir. Strain in a Coupette glass and top with 50ml of cold sparkling wine of your preference. Garnish with a grapefruit coin shaped peel.
Opihr Lemon Fizz
Ingredients
- 20ml Opihr Black Lemon Gin
- 15ml Apricot or Peach Liqueur
- 1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters
- Small Pinch of Sea Salt
- Prosecco
- Thyme sprig to garnish
Method
Add all liquid ingredients except the Prosecco, add a tiny pinch of sea salt and stir gently. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of thyme
Duppy Blitz
Ingredients
- 25ml Duppy Share Aged Rum
- 15ml Ginger Cordial
- Sparkling Wine
Method
Build chilled into a flute or wine glass. Easy!
St-Germain Hugo Spritz
Ingredients
- 40ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 60ml Martini Prosecco
- 60ml Soda water
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Method
Add ice into a wine glass. Pour in St-Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves. Top with sparkling wine and soda wate. Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
Pomini
Ingredients
- 100ml chilled Della Vite DOC Rosé
- 15ml Belvoir Mulled Winter Spice Cordial
- 25ml pomegranate juice
- Orange zest to garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients to a coupe glass, stir gently and garnish with orange zest.
La Luce
Ingredients
- 35ml dry vermouth
- 100ml Della Vite Superiore D.O.C.G
- 3 basil leaves
- 40ml soda water
- Garnish: a lemon wedge
Method
Pour the dry vermouth over ice, add the prosecco, 3 basil leaves and the soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Chivas 75
Ingredients
- 30ml Chivas XV
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- top with Champagne (or Prosecco)
- A cherry for garnish
Method
Shake all ingredients except for the Champagne (or Prosecco) with ice. Strain into glass, and top with Champagne (or Prosecco). Add the cherry to garnish.
The Regal Martini Spritz
Ingredients
- 15ml Chivas Regal 18
- 15ml Peach Liqueur
- 1 Scoop Lemon Sorbet
- Top with Champagne (or Prosecco)
Method
Build all the ingredients in a martini glass.
Clementine Red Royale
Ingredients (makes 4)
- 100ml freshly squeezed clementine juice (strained to remove seeds and any pith)
- 100ml White Heron British Framboise
- 75cl bottle Prosecco (you won’t need it all)
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add in the juiced and strained clementine juice. Add in the White Heron British Framboise and give it a thorough shake so it is well combined. Strain and keep chilled. To make, simply add 50ml of the Framboise/Clementine liquid to a champagne glass and then top with Prosecco
Figgy Fizz
Ingredients
- 40ml Hernö Gin
- 20ml Cointreau
- 20ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fig jam
- 20ml soda
- 60ml Prosecco
- Orange peel to garnish
Method
Shake all the ingredients apart from the soda and Prosecco in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice and then top with the soda and prosecco and your garnish.
Negroni Sbagliato
Negroni Sbagliato might've gone viral thanks to House Of The Dragon's Emma D'Arcy, but CAMPARI have supplied us with the perfect recipe for making it at home.
Ingredients
- 25ml CAMPARI
- 25ml Vermouth Rosso
- 25ml Cinzano Prosecco D.O.C.
- Orange slice
Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice, pour in the spirits and top up with the Prosecco, then lightly stir so as not to lose the sparkle. Garnish with fresh orange slice.
Aperol Spritz
How to make the perfect Aperol Spritz, courtesy of actual Aperol themselves.
Ingredients
- Three parts Prosecco (75ml)
- Two parts Aperol (50ml)
- One part soda water (25ml)
- Orange slice
Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour Prosecco followed by Aperol. Add a dash of soda and stir. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
Bellini
Simple: tick. Delicious: tick. Basically Bellinis can do no wrong.
Ingredients
- 500ml peach purée or peach nectar
- 1 bottle Prosecco
Method
Put the peach puree in a Champagne flute up to about 1/3 full and slowly top up with Prosecco.
Ginger Spritz Soda
Ginger + Prosecco = not a combination we're used to seeing. But you know what? We're here for it.
Ingredients
- 2oz Lillet Blanc
- 3oz Prosecco
- Splash of ginger beer
- 1 slice peeled ginger
Method
Place the ginger slice against the inside of a rock glass, fill with ice and add the Lillet blanc and prosecco. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

Pimm’s Spritz Soda with ginger ale
Pimm's is a surefire summer classic. And ginger ale makes a fun alternative to lemonade too.
Ingredients
- 2oz Pimm’s No.1
- 3oz Prosecco
- Splash of ginger ale
- Mint leaves to garnish
Method
Pour Pimms and Prosecco into a rock glass filled with ice, top with ginger ale and stir to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

St-Germain Spritz
This French combo is usually made with Champagne, but it's just as good with Prosecco. And a long glass = more to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 40ml St-Germain
- 60ml Champagne or Prosecco
- 60ml Sparkling water
- Lemon twist
Method
Mix in a Collins glass over ice. Stir gently and garnish with lemon twist.

Peach Bellini Mocktail
OK, so this one's technically a mocktail. But Bellinis are a Prosecco staple, so if you fancy making a non-alcoholic version this is your shout.
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, peeled and quartered
- 350ml cloudy sparkling apple juice
- 1 lime, zest peeled and juiced
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Method
Combine the peaches, 250ml of apple juice, lime juice, sugar and a couple of ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses adding the remaining apple juice and garnish with the lime zest.

- Wine glass filled with ice
- 50ml PIMM'S No.1
- 75ml lemonade
- 25ml sparkling wine

Method
Pour 50ml Gordon's Pink into a large glass filled with ice. Add 50 ml of lemonade and 25 ml Prosecco.

Aka Kir Royale, this one's a classic Prosecco combo.

- 125ml Prosecco
- 15ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liquer
- Raspberries for garnish
Method
Pour 125ml Prosecco into a champagne flute glass. Top with 15ml of Chambord Black Raspberry Liquer. Garnish with one fresh raspberry.
