50ml
gin
30ml
elderflower liqueur (we used St Germain)
75ml
Prosecco
30ml
Aperol
Ice, for cocktail shaker
Orange twist or peel, to garnish
Directions
Step 1 Combine gin, elderflower liqueur and Aperol in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
Step 2 Strain into a flute glass, and top with Prosecco.
