One of our favourite ways to use Aperol, in a Cosmopolitan! That's right, we've merged two of the nation's favourite boozy bevs to make a 2-in-1 cocktail even Instagram would approve of. All you need is three ingredients, a cocktail shaker and lots of ice.

Ingredients

100 ml
Aperol
60 ml
vodka
30 ml
fresh lime juice
Ice, for shaker
Lime wedge, to garnish

Directions

1. Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
2. Step 2Divide and strain into glasses. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glasses before garnishing, for a hit of tartness when drinking.
