Directions
Step 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds (it’s key to shake as well as you can here, to make the egg white go frothy).
Step 2Pour carefully into a glass and garnish with lemon or orange if you like, we love a twist, slice or peel.
