These beautifully pink-hued cocktails would make an epic cocktail for a girl's scary movie night. In fact, you could probably get away with making these pretty in pink drinks any time of the year!

Ingredients

100 ml
lychee juice from a tin of lychees in syrup, lychees reserved
30 ml
lime juice (about 1 lime)
100 ml
vodka
30 ml
St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2
cocktail cherries
Drop of grenadine

Directions

1. Step 1Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the lychee syrup, lime juice, vodka and St. Germain. Shake for 1min. Strain into two martini glasses.
2. Step 2Push a cocktail cherry into the centre of one of the tinned lychees and add to the glass to garnish. Repeat. Drizzle a drop of grenadine into each glass before serving.
