A Pink Squirrel cocktail is the perfect Valentine's Day (or Galentine's Day, obvs...) tipple as it's sweet, yummy and the cutest shade of pink.

Ingredients

30 ml
Crème De Noyaux liqueur
30 ml
White Creme De Cacao
50 ml
single cream
Nutmeg, to garnish
Ice

Directions

1. Step 1Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until well chilled.
2. Step 2Strain into a coupé glass and garnish with a grating of fresh nutmeg on the top.

You can get hold of Crème De Noyaux from Amazon, but if you need a substitute, Disarrono Velvet with a dash of Grenadine works well instead.
