S'mores iced coffee

Ingredients
Ice
- 100 ml
whole milk
- 1 tsp.
espresso-style instant coffee
- 100 ml
boiling water
- 1 Tbsp.
chocolate syrup, plus extra to garnish
- 2
marshmallows
squirty cream
- 1
digestive biscuit
Directions
- Step 1Fill a heat-safe tall glass with ice and pour over the milk.
- Step 2Make up the instant coffee with the boiling water and stir in the chocolate syrup until completely dissolved. Thread the marshmallows onto a cocktail stick and toast under a hot, preheated grill until dark golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Step 3Pour the chocolate-coffee mixture into the glass with the milk and top with squirty cream.
- Step 4Add the toasted marshmallows and crumble over the digestive biscuit. Drizzle with a little extra chocolate syrup if you’d like and serve immediately.
