Aperol Spritz ice lollies
Let the good times Aperol!

If you're a fan of an Aperol Spritz (who isn't?) then you're going to L O V E our ice lolly versions of the Italian drink.
Simmering the Prosecco and lemonade prior is key. Fizzy stuff doesn’t freeze particularly well so simmering helps to reduce the carbonation.
Don't skip the lemonade either. This helps to slightly lower the ABV% so the lollies freeze properly!

Ingredients
- 150 ml
Prosecco
- 150 ml
lemonade
- 75 ml
Aperol
- 50 ml
orange juice
- 1
orange, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1Put the Prosecco and the lemonade into a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Take off of the heat and set it aside to cool slightly.
- Step 2Stir in the Aperol and orange juice and divide between ice lolly moulds.
- Step 3Skewer a slice of orange onto each ice lolly stick and insert. Freeze for at least 8hrs or overnight.
