Sex on the Beach, but make it freeze-able. These ice lollies have a smoothie-like thickness which makes them super easy to customise. Swirl as you please!

Ingredients

200 g
frozen raspberries
100 ml
cranberry juice
25 ml
vodka
1
x 415g tins of peach slices in juice, drained
100 ml
orange juice
50 ml
peach schnapps

Directions

1. Step 1Put the frozen raspberries, cranberry juice and vodka into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. Divide between 8 ice lolly moulds. Rinse out the blender.
2. Step 2Put the peach slices, orange juice and peach schnapps into the blender and blitz until smooth. Gently spoon into the moulds, over the raspberry mixture.
3. Step 3Use the ice lolly sticks to slightly swirl the mixtures together. Insert the ice lolly sticks and freeze for at least 8hrs or overnight. To release from the moulds, dip the plastic base into a sink of hot water for 30 secondss and gently squeeze the sides to loosen.
