Every year the major supermarkets release a dinner meal deal of some kind. It's usually made up of a starter, main, side, dessert and a bottle of something boozy. The best part? They're usually between £15 to £20, meaning you can save a load of money on a supermarket meal that would usually cost you around £30.
And our wallets are looking a little stretched right now, so a supermarket Valentine's Day meal deal, with a rom-com on in the background, is the ideal way to have a great date night or Galentine's Day without breaking the bank.

Any highlights?: There's 15 new additions to the menu this year, and we're already planning on getting the Baking Burrata with 'Nduja and Ciabatta Crumb, as well as the Salmon & Prawn En Croutes and the 2 Become One Chocolate Praline Heart.

What’s included?: The Valentine's deal includes one main dish, one side and one bottle of wine. You can then add on a sweet treat for after the meal with dessert prices ranging from £1.50 to £3.00 for members and £1.75 to £3.85 for non-members.

Any highlights?: New to the deal this year is the Irresistible Chicken Parmigiana, made with British chicken breasts that are coated with a crisp Parmigiano Reggiano and ciabatta crumb, topped with rich marinara sauce and melted mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, and honestly it sounds incredible. We'll be getting it with a side of Irresistible Dauphinoise Potatoes and a bottle of Prosecco.

Any highlights?: This year you can get a four pack of MOTH cocktails which will be going straight in our basket. We're also eyeing up the raspberry and pistachio tart for dessert.

Any highlights?: New to the offering this year are the Hoisin Duck/ Sweet & Sour Bao Buns which sound incredible for a starter, as does the new Specially Selected Vegan Caramelised Biscuit Heart Sponge Pudding for dessert.
