The star posted a snap on her Instagram of the method with the caption: "Today on my app see the red carpet trick I've been doing for years!"
And yes, that is parcel tape. Lots of parcel tape, and not a bra in sight.

While it may seem like a lot of agg to literally tape your boobs in place, anything has got to be better than wearing a bra, right? Plus it means ladies with bigger boobs can enjoy dress styles with low backs or plunging fronts without worrying about annoying lingerie being on show.
