Few celebs know how to turn heads *quite* like the OG Supers, who have that innate ability to make even the simplest tee, trainers and leggings combo look positively catwalk-worthy. Just have a quick look at the likes of Cindy Crawford, Gisele Bündchen, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer in "off-duty model" mode if you don't know what we mean – and thank us later.
So naturally, when such otherworldly women swap out their daytime casual outfits for full-blown red carpet fabulousness, they are quick to steal the show. And that's exactly what happened last night, as Heidi Klum arrived in Cannes for the premiere of La Passion de Dodin Bouffant.
The German-born supermodel, who turns 50 next month (June 1st, if you want to drop her a casual "happy bday"!), hit the Cannes Film Festival red carpet in a bright yellow Zuhair Murad Couture gown with cut-outs in all the right places.
Let's just take a moment to pick our jaws up off the floor. I mean... 🥵🥵🥵
Other than the fact that looking at her underboob situation is making us feel a liiiiiiitle nervous (whoever taped her into that dress deserves an actual medal TBH), Heidi is serving serious goddess vibes in her Grecian-inspired gown – and bringing a much-needed ray of sunshine yellow to proceedings too.
Zuhair Murad's design is all about the drama, with its embellished shoulders, super-sexy boob, belly button and waist cut-out details, seriously high leg slit, and flowing cape sleeves that Heidi fluttered and swooshed all the way down the carpet. Now *that's* what we call making a memorable entrance!
Everyone's clicking on...
Heidi's look was just the latest confirmation that daring cut-outs aren't going anywhere. The Cannes red carpet has been absolutely full of them this year: in the past week alone, everyone from Dua Lipa to Naomi Campbell has rocked the trend, and we love to see it.
Here's to many more!
