If there's anyone that can make a pink starfish (who lives under a rock, no less) look fashionable, it's Dua Lipa. And yes, you did read that right because the singer just wore a see-through fishnet dress featuring Patrick Star from Spongebob nipple pasties on Instagram. Ahh, just another day of being Gen Z's favourite fashion girly.
To debut today's Bikini Bottom look, Dua took to her IG grid with a 9 (!) part carousel post. In said post, she is wearing said daring look, that also features matching fishnet fingerless opera gloves and a strappy halter neckline. As for her undergarments, Dua wears nothing but an itsy bitsy pink thong to coordinate.
Alluding to the star (see what I did there) of the show, Dua writes in the caption: "down undaaaa in bikini bottom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️". And as you can probably guess, this look is certainly NSFW...
But enough of my description, take a look below at the star's (there's no stopping me) bold fashion statement:
Just in case you missed it, to make sure that we received the look in all its striking glory, Dua provided us with many 'a posed angle including a close-up look on slide five. As shown, the woven pink fabric also features a glitter fleck detail, which IMO, adds a certain je ne sais quoi to the look. *Chef's kiss*.
As for the beauty side of things, Dua and her MUA, Shelby Smith opted for a confetti-like glitter eye paired with her signature nude lip. But our favourite aspect of the glam has to be those pink star nails created by nail technician Miss Betty Rose. I mean, c'mon... [insert flame emojis here].
Everyone's clicking on...
Miss Peep, you've outdone yourself once again!
