It's official: Dua Lipa is the ultimate summer holiday style muse. Over the last few weeks the singer's been taking to Instagram to share countless FOMO-inducing vacay outfits and we're always eagerly watching to see what she wears next. From her Y2K-inspired going out out waterfall dress and strong accessories game, to bolder items like her tiger print trousers, oh, and of course we couldn't round off this list without mentioning that gloriously extra catsuit with 35 cutouts now, could we? So, you see what we mean, Dua's been serving some lewks and we're loving every single one of 'em. And her latest 'gram is yet another fab example.
Taking to Instagram overnight, Dua shared a series of pics showing her relaxing poolside wearing a truly unique bikini. At first glance, the most noticeable detail is how teeny tiny the top is and I, for one, would not like to have to keep it on while diving into a pool, but that's beside the point.
When you look closer, you can see that the crochet style, by Italian brand GCDS (Dua and Kourtney Kardashian have previously twinned in a patchwork style by the label), features kitschy designs including a flower, marijuana leaf and rainbow on the cups and briefs. According to the brand's website, the now sold out bikini also has a love heart on the bum - cute huh?
Dua finished the 'fit with a pair of oversized pink sunglasses, star-shaped earrings and technicolour stacked, chunky bracelets, necklaces and rings. Yup, the accessories are almost as eye-catching as her bikini and, honestly, it all just kind of works because, well, it's Dua.
Again, I wouldn't like to try and swim a few laps in this glam get-up but something tells me this is more of a sun-worshipping/sipping piña coladas by the pool kinda 'fit anyway (AKA, my permanent mood) - which brings us back to our initial point: Dua's our summer holls style muse.
