If you don't really know what all that entails, it's all good because we're not here to talk about the movie premieres or how many yachts and private planes took all these celebrities to Italy this week. (That's a whole other conversation for another time!) Right now, we must focus on Sofia Richie and the old bikini she just wore, because, priorities.
After working the red carpet in a black fringed pantsuit and again in a bedazzled crop top and high-low skirt, Sofia took some time to enjoy the scenery and hang by the beach. For this chill sesh, it seems she dug back in time—17 years to be exact—and put on an ancient bikini. No lie, this thing is almost as old as she is. Makes me want to sneeze just thinking about it!
Anyway, Sofia posted a picture of said bikini on her Instagram page, and, TBH, it actually looks really cute. It's apparently an old Christian Dior design from 2002, and it's worth way more than any swimsuit you'd find at your local Buffalo Exchange. According to Page Six, it's sold for a cool $1,295 (£1,063) on luxury resale sites and is "super rare." I'm just hoping it doesn't immediately disintegrate as soon as she touches the water or throws it in the wash.
As for what Sofia is doing in Venice, she's not in any upcoming movies, according to her IMDB page, so it looks like she's just at the film festival to turn looks, which she's definitely succeeding at.
