It's been a year since Cardi B and Offset pulled a fast one on the Internet and got married in secret, just like that. Except not really secret because the world knows about it. Anyway, hope you didn't forget to send them a gift...
In honour of their first anniversary, Cardi posted a #TBT pic yesterday, and it's the first look any of us have ever had of their big day.
While you might have been expecting something as grand and extravagant for the occasion, it turns out Cardi kept it super casual. Instead of wearing a traditional white wedding gown, she opted for a white tracksuit with gold lining. Her husband Offset also kept it super casual in a black hoodie with checks. No frills, no fuss, just love. And, TBH, that's all that really matters.
The "Bodak Yellow" rapper and Offset made their relationship public in February 2017 after attending the Super Bowl together. And rumours of their engagement had already started brewing by August, which Cardi at the time denied to reporters. In October, Offset publicly proposed on stage at a concert in Philadelphia, but it later turned out this was all a ruse, and that the two were already married. (This past June, TMZ confirmed that the two already had a license filed in September 2017.)
