As the presenter of Dancing on Ice, Holly Willoughby's job is to stand next to the performance area - an ice rink - looking beautiful in a skimpy gown, chatting to the judges and pretending not to be cold. Even though she must be, because she's literally standing in a studio designed to keep a huge block of ice frozen.
And that's easier said than done! Especially when sometimes your body can betray your internal temperature, even if you're trying your best to put a brave face on it.
Yes we're talking about nipple erections and yes we know you've been there, done that, and pierced through the T-shirt.
Thankfully, Holly has a bit of advice when it comes to avoiding the dreaded 'nip on', and it is literally genius.
According to The Sun, Holly has been using hand-warmer gel pads as a way to keep her nips warm.
A show source told the publication: “It can get pretty nippy at the ice rink, so Holly found a cheeky way of keeping herself warm.
Everyone's clicking on...
“There’s loads of the gel handwarmers floating about so she quickly slipped a couple down her front so she didn’t get cold. It worked a treat.”
Philip Schofield has also reportedly been using them as on-the-go bum warmers.
Amazing.
