It can be hard to navigate the new-ins on ASOS at the best of times, let alone when you're faced with the hot panic of a sales period. But don't stress, we're here to help you with our edit of the best bits.

Here at Cosmo we've got our eyes on all the winter staples. Think: winter coats, ski wear, party dresses, jumpers and boots that'll see you through the cooler months, and many seasons to come.

Don't forget about Accessories

Accessories have been huge this year especially jewellery as tides change away from minimalism and quiet luxury and inch towards bold colours and loud maximalism. If you (like us) don't have Schiaparelli money you can give off the vibe with fun earring and statement rings. If boho chic is more you, then layering delicate necklaces and opting for dangling earrings and cute ring stacks is a great idea. Whatever your vibe is don't sleep on ASOS especially during this major sale season.

Big brands

So this is where things get even better: ASOS' promotions are typically applicable to EVERYTHING on-site, including big brands. Which tastes especially sa-weeet when the retailer in question doesn't partake in Black Friday itself.

Look out for bargains from the likes of The North Face, Rains, Barbour, Tommy Hilfiger and Polo Ralph Lauren, or anything by sports brands such as Calvin Klein, Nike and Adidas.

Does ASOS do Black Friday?

Yup! And this year's sale is mega with up to 70% off site-wide for Black Friday. Plus an extra 15% off your basket when you enter the code: BLACKFRI at checkout.

The very best thing about ASOS’s Black Friday history is that they tend to slash the price of everything online, meaning you can finally bag that new-in dress you’ve been lusting after, rather than a whole load of past-season impulse buys. Genius.

When is Black Friday 2024?

Black Friday always falls on the fourth weekend of November, the day after Thanksgiving in the US. This year, it's November 29.

What is Black Friday?

We’re pretty sure you don’t need much help with this one, but in case you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years, Black Friday is officially the best day of the year to bag a bargain in the shops and now online, too.

One of our favourite things to arrive from the States, along with Glossier and Drag Race, Black Friday was originally the moniker given to the day after Thanksgiving, but now we’ve adopted the day in order to indulge our frankly excessive shopping habits. It lands on November 29 this year.
