Last One Laughing season 2 cast: From Alan Carr to Diane Morgan

Last One Laughing emerged as a bit of a surprise hit in 2025. Hosted by Jimmy Carr and Roisin Conaty, the show sees a total of 10 leading comedians battle it out to see who can last the longest without breaking into laughter. Each episode, different comedians try and make each other laugh. Anyone who reacts gets a yellow card and a second infraction gets you a red card and an elimination.
Now, Prime Video has dropped a second season featuring some of our faves: from Alan Carr, to Romesh Ranganathan, to Diane Morgan. The show's second series debuted on 19 March and started with three episodes. However, while we've seen some yellow cards and plenty of hilarity (pelvic floor yoga, farts, and a performance of "Flash, Bang, Wallop!" all feature) we've yet to see any eliminations.

No one loves Alan Carr more than us. The man is a national treasure thanks to years of hosting his talk show Chatty Man, and he did win The Celebrity Traitors. So far, after three episodes, Alan has a total of zero yellow cards, meaning he is neck-in-neck with David Mitchell, Mel Giedroyc, and Sam Campbell as the front-runner.
Mel Giedroyc

Mel has been on our TVs for years, from co-hosting The Great British Bake Off to commentating on Eurovision. Another front-runner, Mel has had audiences in stitches with her peculiar, pelvic-themed yoga routine.
Amy Gledhill

Amy Gledhill is a comedian and actress, who rose to fame on the comedy circuit and now makes appearances on The One Show, The Jonathan Ross Show and more. We also recently saw her in Harlan Coben's series Run Away. Amy was dished out a yellow card in episode three.
Gbemisola Ikumelo

Gbemisola Ikumelo is a BAFTA-winning comedian, who you might recognise from Famalam and Black Ops. She may have been given a yellow card in episode two, but we think she'll rally.
David Mitchell
Age: 51

David Mitchell, best known for Peep Show, is a British comedian and actor. Thus far, David has a total of no yellow cards, meaning he's kept a straight face. He performed a version of "Flash, Bang, Wallop!" from Half A Sixpence for his Joker, and fans were immediately obsessed.
Maisie Adam

Stand-up comedian Maisie has been on everything from Live At The Apollo, to A League Of Their Own, to Mock the Week. Maisie has one yellow card, so has to remain careful in case she gets a red card and is eliminated.
Romesh Ranganathan

Romesh is a mainstay on British TV, now presenting The Weakest Link and having his own show with Rob Beckett. Romesh was staying strong until he was given a yellow card in episode three. Let's hope he rallies!
Sam Campbell

Sam Campbell is an Aussie comedian who has been making serious waves on the UK comedy scene, since winning the main prize at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival back in 2022. Sam Campbell has kept a straight face throughout the show, but will it last?
Diane Morgan

The comedy queen herself, Diane Morgan is best known for her roles in Motherland, portraying Philomena Cunk in various Cunk spin-offs, Mandy in Mandy, and Kath in After Life. Fans have described Diane's turn on Last One Laughing as 'genius' and she performed a fart-filled Joker. She did, however, get a yellow card in episode two.
Bob Mortimer - most likely to win
