What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I think I’ll bring good vibes, I can bring up the mood and bring people together. I’m never one to shy away from asking people’s opinions even if it’s controversial. I think I’d be a good chair for good conversations, and instigate some good entertainment for us all.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a housemate? A bit of a rest, to be honest. I’m looking forward to not having a phone. I know from having worked on cruise ships that when you’re with people in an enclosed environment you make the strongest bonds. I’m really looking forward to meeting people I would never normally meet living in the country. And learning from other people, and them learning from me. And taking some life lessons away with me.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother? I want to go through the experience of going into the house around a group of different and diverse people - backgrounds, cultures, everything. I think it would be a great experience to be around that as I’ve never done that. As I get older I really want to experience different things and I thought this would be the right time to do it and fortunately for me I have been picked - I’m quite chuffed, I won’t lie!

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I’ll bring a lot of happiness and kindness. I reckon I’ll be there for a lot of people. I’m not the type of person to fall out with anyone and if I did, I’d make up for it. I think I’ll bring a lot of positivity to the group.

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I’m going to bring pure vibes - a West London babes in her element. Having a good fun time with the housemates while staying true to myself - an authentic person and saying what is on my mind. I’m an empathetic babes too so you’ll see my soft side come out. If a homegirl is crying to the left of me, I’ll be crying with her.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a housemate? I’m looking forward to seeing who I’m going to be friends with and coming out of the house, who I’m going to go on trips with, catch coffee with, go for runs with - who is going to be in my life forever. Making connections and new bonds because being a Gen Z babes, sometimes it's hard to make deep connections with people when you come out of university or education. And also, the tasks!

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother? I’ve always been a fan of the show - it’s been a bit of a childhood dream to go on it. I feel like over the recent years, it’s gone a bit tame and people are in there for other motives and I think having someone normal like me in there will shake it up.

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? Probably a few dad jokes. I try to be quite quick-witted but sometimes it falls on its arse. I’ll tell about eight jokes and at least half of them are going to be funny and the other half will be annoying and probably get on people’s nerves a bit.

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I describe myself as a very energetic, always lively person - I hate silence! I feel like I’m very good at communicating with people. I’m a good people person and I know how to speak to different people whether they’re from a different background to me, different character - even if we have next to nothing in common.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? One of my bad traits is that I speak a lot. I do a lot of talking without thinking. In myself I never get offended, you can say anything about me - I’ve already heard it before. Obviously I look a lot different to everyone else and that’s alright with me. If they say something about me then I can say something about them whereas I don’t think everyone is comfortable with that!

What are you looking forward to the most about being a housemate? Just being away and thrown into a totally new environment, completely different to anything I’ve done before, completely different to anything I’ll ever do in the future. I’m really intrigued about who else might be in the house – I’m so nosy.

Tell us one thing about yourself you think will surprise people the most. I think the fact that I’m a forensic psychologist will surprise people. It’s not your everyday, typical 9-5 office job. It’s quite difficult, it’s quite demanding and I work in highly stressful situations. But I’m quite chilled and probably don’t look like the sort of person who can hold my own – in a prison for example.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother? I originally applied because it was my ex’s favourite TV show because we broke up. I thought ‘I’m going to go on his favourite TV show’. I’d never heard of it. When I dated him, he was obsessed with it and I was like ‘what is it?’ because he was older.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a housemate? Not living with my parents! No-one saying ‘wash the dishes’ or ‘clean your room’. I’m buzzing for it.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother? I remember watching it with my mum one year when I was about eight years old. I was fascinated by the idea. We used to watch it all the time and I remember thinking ‘I could do that’. I’ve always been a little in your face and a bit dramatic. I feel like I can’t believe I got this far.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? Probably being the most annoying, or most loud. It also turns out that sometimes I snore, which I wasn’t aware of. That might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother? I didn’t actually know what Big Brother was. I thought it was a show about being a carer – because I worked at a kids’ camp. I thought it’s a new opportunity in life. I have no interest in being famous. I’m Lebanese and Palestinian and I thought this would be a great platform to discuss it from the point of view of someone that grew up in the west and has Middle Eastern heritage.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? I tell it like it is – that’s a guarantee. Even though I feel like I can positively say something with the right intention, there will still be someone who has a problem with it.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother? I think there’s something about allowing yourself to find moments of grace that really interested me, and this was something that was kind of strange and interesting. I decided that it was probably a good place to start if I wanted to do something that allows and gives me an opportunity to grow.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a housemate? I’m really looking forward to living in a community. A lot of my work is about how do we upgrade democracy, how do we think about how the world can be governed differently. And a lot of it is about community, and meeting people that you might not meet in your everyday life. And figuring out how you make solutions together, how you learn to be together, how you learn to set parameters that end up benefiting everyone. This show is a micro version of that.

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I’ll bring a lot of enthusiasm and fun. I will bring a lot of opinions. I like to have a spirited debate. I’m quite a strong character. If I think something’s wrong, I’ll call it out as being wrong - I’m not afraid to do that. I think most importantly I’ll bring a lot of fun. I’m going in to enjoy the experience and have a good time.

Tell us one thing about yourself you think will surprise people the most. I was Prince [King] Charles’ butler. I think that’s one thing that will definitely surprise people.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a housemate? [Being] detach[ed] from life. And to learn about myself is one of the things I’m looking forward to the most. It’s an environment that I’ve never been in before. And to be locked away from life will be interesting to see how I am and learn about myself while I’m in the house.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? Laughing in situations that aren’t funny! I laugh in situations that are quite serious and people might feel disrespected. I do it just to bring some levity to situations, but I do laugh at inappropriate times.

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I’m going to bring peace and harmony and a whole lot of laughter - that’s going to be me. But saying that, I could go in there and be the one to cause all the drama. I would like to think I’m the peacemaker. People ask me if I’m going to be the mother hen in the house - I might have times where I’m the mother hen but generally speaking, I’ll be one of the girls.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? If somebody doesn’t get my humour then they might think ‘She’s really abrupt and to the point and says it how it is’ but that’s my humour. I’m still going to be me in there but sometimes I may come across as abrupt or say ‘Get over yourself’.

What do you think you’ll bring to the house? I’m hoping it’s going to be a little something different. I think I’m going to bring positive energy. I am a good listener and I can be there to support people - I’m a supportive person. I’m quite an enthusiastic person so if people are feeling a bit low, I can get them back on track.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? If people get to know me, I’m so calm and chill but I can come across quite chaotic. I think I’d probably be nominated for being the most annoying.
