Which Love Is Blind season 4 couples are still together?

Relationship status: Married!

During his time in the pods, Kwame was torn between Chelsea and Micah, forming a strong connection with them both. Micah then told him she wasn't able to take things further because she had found a deeper bond with someone else, so he proposed to Chelsea.

The pair's chemistry and connection was clear from the minute they met (despite a bit of an awkward reunion with Micah), but they hit a rocky patch when Kwame admitted he didn't want to move from Portland to Seattle, where Chelsea and her family live.

Kwame was also hurt to discover his mum was still not supportive of his involvement in the experiment, which put doubts in viewers' minds as to whether he was going to say 'I do' at the altar.

Thankfully, his siblings were in attendance and gave him their blessing, which was enough to help him say yes at the altar. The pair are married!

A year later the couple are still in love and married, telling viewers in the After The Altar special how much they're enjoying married life.

Arguably one of the strongest couples from Love Is Blind season 4 36-year-old Tiffany Pennywell and 35-year-old Brett Brown. Despite the fact she accidentally fell asleep in the pods when he was confessing his love to her (awkward), the pair eventually got engaged, and have both the public and their fellow contestants rooting for them.

While drama was unfolding around them at the honeymoon pool party, the duo seemed happier than ever. They also were successful in their meetings with each other's friends and even discuss their opinions on financial stability, where they might live and what their future together looks like.

Despite Tiffany having a *little* wobble over the pressure of having a wedding, it was never in doubt that these two would say yes at the altar, with both their families and friends giving their complete blessing to them being together. You love to see it!

And the couple have continued their journey of love beyond the series, with the couple revealing they are still together a year after getting married in the After The Altar special. Tiffany and Brett updated fans on their marriage and revealed they moved to Portland together after the show because of Brett's work.

After Micah broke things off with Kwame in the pods, Paul proposed to her, with the pair forming a strong emotional connection during their honeymoon.

While both Micah and Paul admitted the other person isn't who they usually would have gone after, things looked promising for their relationship when Paul tells her she's "like something he's dreamt about for way too long."

Sadly, it wasn't to be - on their wedding day, Paul confessed he wasn't ready to marry Micah. "I love you, but I don't think that we can choose each other right now," he said in front of their family and friends. "I think that we're not there."

The pair were clear in their strong feelings for each other, so fans are hopeful that while they might not be married, they may be together as a couple. Although, Paul did suggest that might not be the case when he said he failed to envisage marrying Micah "tomorrow, or in 10 years".

During After The Altar, it was revealed Micah is still very close to Paul's mum and did have some lingering feelings for Paul. However, Paul told his mum and viewers he was in a new relationship, which he has since shared more details of on his Instagram.

After a slightly awkward conversation at a group party, Micah said she didn't want communication with Paul moving forward so that she can allow herself to move on.

While Jackie had two connections while in the pods, both with Marshall and Josh, she eventually chose to pair up with Marshall for the experiment. While things looked good during the first couple of days of their honeymoon, we then watched as Jackie had a sobbing fit off camera, though it's relatively unclear what about.

In episodes six to eight, things looked good for the pair, when Marshall cooked Jackie a delicious dinner and they saw each other's apartments. But Jackie wasn't in a super good place when meeting Marshall's friends, having a bit of a stress out about making a good impression.

Later, Marshall explains his relationship with Jackie is in a bleak place because she told him to "boss up", adding that he wasn't "doing man stuff. That hurts because I genuinely do love that girl."

Marshall explains that he left and went to stay at his own apartment, before we join them mid-argument, when Jackie is packing her stuff.

When Jackie accuses him of leaving, he replied, "What else am I supposed to do? Sit in my feelings next to someone who says I'm not man enough for them?"

Jackie says back, "I never said you weren't man enough for me. I just said to be more aggressive. We don't have sex, bro. Do something! Try and get me in the mood or something!" Is Jackie suggesting she wants him to be aggressive? Eek.

While the pair do make up and Jackie apologies, telling him "I didn't mean to hurt you", the couple eventually called it quits, with Jackie telling Marshall she wanted to explore things with Josh instead.

Jackie then refused to give the engagement ring back to Marshall, while fans are left wondering if things worked out for her and Josh.

During After The Altar, Marshall revealed he is in a new relationship with a woman named Chay Barnes and the pair recently celebrated their one year anniversary.

Jackie and Josh also seem to still be going strong after appearing together on the series special.

During their time in the pods, a love triangle began to form between Zack, Irina and Bliss, another contestant in the experiment. Despite feeling a connection with Bliss, Zack chose to propose to Irina, telling her he thought she was "incredibly beautiful on the inside."

Their first meeting outside of the pods was a little bit awkward, with Irina calling Zack out for his intense eye contact, while also telling him he looked like a cartoon character.

Despite the fact they attempted to develop some intimacy and closeness on their honeymoon, it wasn't to be - Irina struggled to feel comfortable with Zack touching her ("I feel major ick" she told Micah), while Zack felt like Irina's foot had been half way out the door from day one.

The fifth episode saw them go their separate ways, while Zack also admitted to still having for Bliss, and Irina admitting to her feelings for fellow contestant, Paul. Awkward.

Irina and Zack don't currently follow each other on Instagram, though they do follow other members of the cast.
