9 of the biggest YouTuber feuds the internet has ever seen

Off the back of James Charles and Tati Westbrook's feud, Jeffree Star also stuck his ore in to reveal he also had a problem with James. Never one to miss a pot stir, Jeffree included himself in the conversation by posting some shady Tweets, before calling James a "Danger to society". Jeffree promised to expose James with "receipts" but later took to YouTube to announce he decided this wasn't going to be helpful for anyone.

Despite being the closest of friends since 2011, these two had a very public fall out back in 2016. The argument, which played out on social media, saw Kat upload a video to her YouTube channel accusing Jeffree of stealing artwork for his makeup line, from her friend, BJ. After publicly cutting ties with him, Jeffree uploaded his own video entitled 'Dear Kat Von D: It's Easier to Tell the Truth', defending himself.

The feud continued when Jeffree accused Kat of profiting off his name by continuing to sell her liquid lipstick called 'Jeffree', despite previously saying it would be removed from sale.

While Jake and Alissa used to be in a very public relationship (they were selling merch covered in 'Jalissa'), things turned sour when they broke up and Jake kicked her out of their shared house.

Jake claimed Alissa cheated on him, while Alissa fired back on Twitter saying their relationship was never real, because he was repeatedly getting with other people.

Months later, Alissa accused Jake of being 'mentally and physically abusive', saying in a Shane Dawson video: "I wasn’t getting abused every night when he came home from work, it wasn’t, like, physical abuse. There was some things, like if we filmed a video and he had to push me into a bush, normally you would just act like you pushed harder – but he would actually shove me. He would just do it way too hard. He’s not a physical abuser, but mentally and emotionally? 100%."

In response, Jake commented: "It's okay to be somebody and change that. If you just stay the same, then you're never gonna evolve as a person."

The controversy unfolded when beauty YouTuber Gabriel Zamora shaded Jeffree Starr by tweeting a picture of himself and fellow YouTubers Laura Lee, Nikita Dragon and Manny MUA. They all had their middle fingers up, and the caption read, "Bitch is bitter because without him we're doing better".

Gabriel later admitted the picture was meant as a shady dig at Jeffree, who had previously opened up about his 'ex-friends' in Shane Dawson's YouTube documentary.

What unfolded was, well, a LOT. Jeffree's fans responded to this by uncovering a racist Tweet that Gabriel had posted back in 2012, while Gabriel Zamora dropped a bombshell video titled 'My Truth', in which he publicly denounced Manny Mua and officially cut all friendship ties with him.

Manny MUA then posted a video titled 'My reality check'. In the 25-minute video he addressed everything that has happened between himself, Jeffree Star and Gabriel Zamora, whilst also bringing up past 'feuds' with Patrick Starrr.

So messy.

Trisha and Nikocado's feud is a complicated one, and to truly understand it you have to go back to the beginning. The drama began when Nikocado created an instrumental cover of Paytas’s song 'Warrior' in 2017 for a competition she was running. In response, she apparently asked Nikocado for a collab, and made plans to meet up with him - something she never stuck to, despite the fact he had flown to LA for her.

Then, in May 2019, Nikocado 'exposed' Trisha with a video, along with the caption: "Trisha Paytas did something cruel to me years ago when I was just starting out as a YouTuber. She deliberately caused me pain and made a mockery out of it on the internet.It was easy for her to step on me because she viewed me as an ant."

Trisha responded with her own video, claiming that she was "not comfortable meeting up" with someone she hadn't yet met, appearing to question his mental state due to a video of Nikocado "waving a knife" at his husband.

YouTubing brothers Logan and Jake are forever getting into beef with each other, and are no strangers to a bit of internet controversy. From Logan setting up pap pics with Jake's ex-girlfriend, to kissing each other's exes, to making diss tracks aimed at one another.

They have even publicly apologised to each other in a rap duet titled 'I Love You Bro', which has had over 165 million views, before going on to reignite the feud again. Is it real? Is it fake? Who knows, but it's a lot.

James Charles revealed on Twitter that he wanted to work on a documentary exposing the truth about the beauty industry, but his plans were scuppered when Marlena Stell (founder of Makeup Geek) revealed she had already started making one with Netflix.

In a series of Tweets, James not only made a dig about Marlena's age, but also accused her of stealing his idea. In response, Marlena tweeted that Netflix in fact approached her, and the documentary is about the entire beauty industry, not just influencers. The documentary was called Broken, and Marlena featured in the episode 'Makeup Mah
