The wait is finally over: Red Nose Actually, the Love Actually sequel for Comic Relief, has landed in full.

After a Love Actually sequel in aid of the charity was announced earlier this year, fans of the Christmas classic squealed with delight and very nearly burst with questions about what would happen to the iconic characters 10 years on.

Did Joanna and Sam ever happen? Does Natalie still live in the dodgy end of Wandsworth? HOW'S NANCY THE CATERER? OK, so maybe not that last one - but in tonight's Red Nose Day, the Love Actually thirst has been quenched and the questions have been answered, in a 10-minute follow up to the 2003 film.

And what actually went down? Well, it all started off in the airport (but of course), and we were pretty much weeping before it had even kicked off.

There was a Juliet and Mark moment (sans Dido, unfortunately), in which she told him she was still happily married to Peter -

And Mark's married to KATE MOSS!

There was dodgy dancing David, who likes a bit of Drake and 'Hotline Bling' now:

Only, er, his moves aren't so good anymore - and he managed to fall down the stairs and break his arm. Oops.

Oh, and did we mention he's married to Natalie now?

And then there was Bill Nighy, being Bill Nighy:

He's making a charity record, this time a cover of 'Give Me All Your Loving'.

The bad news? His manager passed away from a heart attack.

He does say he's had sex with a Kardashian, though.

Rowan Atkinson's now working in a toy shop, selling and gift wrapping red noses.

Jamie and Aurelia are still driving around together (roll neck jumper intact), and she now speaks perfect English - it's a shame about his Portuguese, though.

Did we mention THEY HAVE KIDS?

Then there was Daniel and Sam on a bench. Sam's been living in New York and he's now 26.

He's casually GETTING MARRIED TO JOANNA. She wants his hand in marriage and it's bloody adorable.

The Prime Minister's in power for the second time, and still giving great speeches - this time about Usain Bolt, Piers Morgan and Metallica:
