He’s an actor, like Aubrey!
In fact, 40-year-old Chris is currently starring in Death of a Salesman alongside Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf. But you definitely know him best for his portrayal of Charlie Dattolo in Girls, not to mention appearances in Poor Things and—most recently—The Testament of Ann Lee.
They’ve worked together before
Aubrey and Chris were in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea together (Off-Broadway) and in the movie Black Bear back in 2020.
Back in 2023, Aubrey told The New York Times, “He cares but he also doesn’t care; it’s the best recipe for me for a scene partner. It’s fun and it’s also good and it’s also safe. I like to just throw things out the window also and laugh and mess around and not take it so seriously. It’s a hard combo to come by.”
