The Pitt has officially landed in the UK, and it's what we've all been waiting for. With two executive producers and a show-runner/creator who formerly worked together on ER, you best believe this is some brilliant TV.

After launching stateside in 2025, the show quickly garnered a cult following and major critical acclaim. Starring Noah Wyle (who himself did a 1994 - 2006 stint on ER), this gritty take on the medical drama genre unfolds almost in real time. Yep, the first season stretches across a 15-hour shift in the ER department of a hospital in Pittsburgh.

For a while, we thought we'd never get The Pitt across the Pond. However, then, HBO Max announced that it would be launching in the UK, and it was announced that we'd be getting an opportunity to see what the (v deserved) hype was about.

With HBO Max officially launching in the UK today, bringing the first season of The Pitt with it, here's your cheat sheet on the cast of the medical drama and where you've seen them before.
