Love Island: All Stars may have only just wrapped, but the post-villa drama is very much alive. While some of this year’s rifts were bubbling away on screen, others have exploded since the cameras stopped rolling, with dumped Islanders calling each other out on podcasts, subtle digs flying around, and a few very telling unfollows on Instagram.
From villa fallouts to full-blown friendship breakups, it seems not everyone left as besties. Here are all the Islanders who’ve already fallen out.
Whitney and Leanne
Now, this one’s mostly speculation, but the internet has noticed that Whitney and Leanne aren’t following each other on Instagram. Of course, many of the Islanders’ accounts are managed by friends and family while they’re in the villa, so this isn’t exactly proof they’ve fallen out - and some fans have even suggested they may never have been following each other in the first place.
That said, things did get a bit more eyebrow-raising during an interview with Indiyah Polack, when Whitney was listing her villa friends.
Asked if she felt she got caught up in drama she shouldn’t have, Whitney said: "Mind you I'm friends with Scott, I'm friends with Millie, I'm friends with Samie, I'm friends with Lucinda, I'm friends with Belle, I'm actually like friends with everyone. So how do I talk to everyone and allow them to be heard?"
Fans were quick to point out that Leanne didn't make the cut, with one commenting: "Notice how she didn’t say she’s friends with Leanne…" Coupled with Whitney’s earlier comments suggesting Belle, Sher or Samie might be better suited to Scott than Leanne, it’s starting to look a little awkward.
Scott and Charlie
Okay, this one pretty much kicked off in the villa. Charlie and Scott had a proper heated argument after Charlie accused Scott of sticking his nose in everyone’s business - including his with Millie. Scott had told Millie that Charlie was using Jess to make him jealous, which led to Millie dumping him, so yeah, you can see why tensions were high. But things didn’t cool off when Charlie returned to the villa. He even voted Leanne and Scott as the least compatible couple.
Off-screen, he’s been equally candid, calling Scott a "bully" and a game-player in interviews.
Speaking to Heatworld after his dumping, Charlie said: "Sorry, I have to agree with Sean. The way [Scott] moves in there is giving bully vibes, to be fair, he's rehearsed a script there last night, that isn't off the cuff, he's literally just come out with that. I think that just shows he's game-playing as well. He constantly picks on Sean."
Kyra and Jack
Kyra didn’t hold back during the live finale, calling out Jack after he went on a podcast and spilled details about her and Curtis’ bedroom antics. Speaking to Maya and the other dumped Islanders, she said: "And also I just want to call out Jack. That was not right of you to speak on my business. You can keep my name out your mouth!"
Jack did issue an apology, adding: “Yeah, I mean I will apologise to you now, Kyra… I shouldn’t have said that. Looking back at it now and seeing how it came out, I probably meant it in a more half-playful, half… whatever way. In the moment, I apologise. I shouldn’t have said it. I f****d up, but there.”
Kyra and Curtis
They left the villa as a couple, but things don’t seem to be going so smoothly for Curtis and Kyra since. Ahead of Valentine’s Day, Curtis’ sister-in-law, Zara Zoffany, shared a post saying she was looking for a new partner for Curtis - and Kyra wasn’t impressed, commenting: "Ouch lol."
During the finale, she called him out, saying: "It came out of left-field and I had no idea that was coming. Clearly, I was irreverent in his mind. I just found it disrespectful as I got zero communication from it. I don’t take disrespect. That was disrespectful.”
Curtis agreed, admitting his actions were "disrespectful," but insisted his family really do like her for him.
The drama comes after reports that the pair have already split, with Curtis apparently telling Kyra there was no point in travelling to the UK to see him.
An insider told The Sun: "She [Kyra] contacted him saying she’d booked her flight back to the UK but he [Curtis] told her not to bother coming to see him."
Lucinda and Belle
There’s no denying Lucinda and Belle had their fair share of villa drama, especially once Lucinda started getting close to Sean. They seemed to part on reasonably amicable terms, but judging by their recent comments, it’s probably safe to say these two won’t be going for brunch on a Saturday anytime soon.
After leaving the villa, Lucinda opened up about where she and Belle stand now, saying: "You know what? It’s actually a shame, because I think me and Belle would get on so well if it wasn’t for external factors, like you [Sean]." She added: "Ultimately, I just think she’s such an amazing girl and she’s such an empowering person. And I just love the way that she is and I love the way she builds up other women. And she’s just amazing."
Belle, however, had a very different take when she left the villa. She said: "I do think she's fake and even in me saying goodbye, she was like, 'I still really look up to you' and I can't get a gauge on her because she's either forgetting or something's... it's just too all over the place to be real."
Lucinda and Jessy
This feud actually started outside the villa, with Jessy holding some issues before even stepping in. Once she arrived, it carried over into villa life, though things seemed to calm down temporarily after her emotional call from her dad. They even hugged it out before Jessy left, but it was clear the tension wasn’t fully resolved.
Jessy later told Maya that she thinks Lucinda is "fake" and didn’t want someone like her around. The clip was shown to Lucinda at the finale, and while she looked visibly upset, she brushed it off, saying she’d rather focus on her relationship with Sean. Well, that’s one way to handle it!
Lucinda and Samie
We have to apologise, but yes, we’re bringing up that pie again. It seems Samie and Lucinda's issues actually started before the villa, with Lucinda feeling annoyed that Samie hadn’t invited her to a launch party.
Things got worse once Lucinda chose Samie in the villa, and it all hit breaking point after Lucinda pied her - something they never really recovered from. They’re still following each other on Instagram, so maybe there’s a glimmer of hope yet...
Jessy and Helena
We’re hoping these two can move past it, and things did seem pretty calm between them at the finale. The tension started when Helena said in her exit interview that she felt Jessy was using Tommy to make it to the final. Jessy was upset when Maya told her and felt betrayed by someone she considered a "friend."
They’re still following each other on Instagram, and Jessy has even shared videos of her hanging out with some of this year’s girls - including Helena - so maybe it was just a minor blip after all.
Love Island: All Stars is available to stream on ITVX.
